Final Fix Private Server QuestHelper

Oke I’ve deleted the anti private server code this time from another version of questhelper. It does seem to work fine. This is the best Fix for QuestHelper on a private server I made so far. :P For patch 2.4.3!!

Did you disable all possible filters?
